Leaders in Training
Our Leadership Training program is an integral part of our ministry, as we strongly believe in equipping leaders, especially those who sense the call to the five-fold ministry offices. Led by our senior leaders, the program offers personal mentoring and guidance to individuals who have the potential to become co-leaders or even replacements in the future. The Leadership Training team is specifically designed for those who volunteer to serve in any area of our ministry. Through this program, participants receive valuable mentorship and are given opportunities to exercise their gifts within our local assembly and the broader community. We are committed to nurturing and developing leaders who will make a lasting impact, ensuring a strong foundation for the growth and success of our ministry.
